Each summer we celebrate gay pride, a successful event which contributes to a tolerant and gay friendly atmosphere. Our aim is to extend this powerful event on a bigger scale: EuroPride 2016 would be the perfect possibility. The EuroPride will be a festival of 16 days with a broad program of Arts & Culture, Sports, Debate and Religious activities. During 23rd of July till the 7th of August, 2016 Amsterdam will be the centre of Europe.
The city welcomes all visitors for a Grand Opening, the Pink Saturday, conferences, sport events, an International LHBT Choir Festival, a Pink Culture Night and a European LHTB television concert.
The last 4 days it becomes the biggest street party event of Amsterdam with stages all over the city centre, the world famous Canal Parade on Saturday and a smashing Concert at the final night to celebrate Freedom in Amsterdam.
During all these festivities & activities the Amsterdam Pride Village will be the centre of hospitality.
