Collective Power – a practical guide for SRHR programmes
Collective Power
This manual brings together practical guidance for designing and running inclusive, multipartner
sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) programmes with and for young people.
It is based on real-world experience of working across countries, partners and contexts, and
focuses on how programmes are organised and managed in practice, not just what they aim
to achieve.
Rather than offering a fixed model, this manual shares approaches, tools and lessons that
you can adapt to your own context. Some will be directly applicable; others may need to be
simplified, adjusted or challenged. At its core are a set of principles that shaped the work this toolkit draws from, includingmeaningful youth participation, inclusivity, subsidiarity and adaptive management.
